Robin Maiocca brings more than 15 years of leadership experience from her work running an international nonprofit dedicated to building micro-economies in Uganda, Africa. Through the development of bakeries, empowerment centers, and processing facilities, she has spent over a decade uniting teams of people under some of the most challenging conditions—all to accomplish a shared mission. This ability to coordinate complex projects, support diverse groups, and achieve meaningful outcomes translates seamlessly into how she serves her real estate clients today.
Beyond her nonprofit work, Robin is deeply passionate about real estate. A lifelong enthusiast of homes and architecture, she has spent years exploring properties, attending countless open houses, and studying what makes a home stand out—not only in the market, but in the hearts of buyers. She continues to expand her expertise and is actively working toward earning her Idaho Broker’s License in 2026.
Robin has fallen in love with Idaho’s Treasure Valley and believes it’s one of the best places in the country to raise a family, grow a career, and establish lasting roots. Based in Meridian, she lives with her husband of 23 years and their four children on a budding homestead filled with twenty-five chickens, eleven ducks, four geese, and two loyal border collies.
